This approach creates targeted upsell opportunities, where potential buyers interested in specific communities, models or floor plans receive personalized promotions or recommendations on selections for their dream home. This not only enriches customer engagement but also optimizes sales strategies by focusing on high-potential leads.

AI is a new and largely untapped tool for the home building industry, however, the data collected and aggregated within Data Cloud can fuel predictive modeling through its native feature, Einstein Studio. This modeling can provide insights into demographic preferences and regional trends allowing homebuilders to refine their marketing and sales efforts.
