At Kelley Austin we’re proud to champion causes and organizations that we believe in. One of those organizations is Momentum Wheels for Humanity — a California-based nonprofit that provides services for people with disabilities globally through mobility, therapy, advocacy and empowerment. 

As many as 70 million people need wheelchairs but lack access to them — a systemic issue that Momentum Wheels for Humanity works to address through structural and institutional advocacy. The organization builds and strengthens rehabilitation services within health systems through training and capacity building, policy and standards development, and supply and distribution of wheelchairs and other life-changing equipment.

Momentum Wheels for Humanity is committed to advancing the independence, productivity and full citizenship of children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities by administering support and services to countless individuals and their families every day. By providing thousands of wheelchairs and other assistive products in low- and middle-income countries around the world, Momentum Wheels for Humanity transforms lives and communities. 

To support the organization’s mission, Kelley Austin recently donated $500 to the 2023 Wheels in Motion Gala, a yearly event that benefits Momentum Wheels for Humanity’s transformational work around the world. The event takes place on Saturday, May 6 and will include a silent and live auction with proceeds benefiting the organization.
